The program recording is already available. This is a program of knowledge and practices I have collected over several years, designed to restore the connection with one’s kin and ancestors: for cleansing family programs, meditative reconnection, honoring and feeding the ancestors, and receiving ancestral resources.

This is not just one meditation or ritual. To me, it is a comprehensive work with what I call our roots, our support system, and the power of our lineage:

MEMORY → CLEANSING PROGRAMS → RESTORING CONNECTION → HONORING AND FEEDING → RECEIVING ANCESTRAL RESOURCES → PASSING IT FORWARD.

Since ancient times, human beings have perceived themselves not only as separate units but also as a continuation of their kin. Behind each of us stands a vast family tree – a structure whose roots reach much further than our own memory.

We have 2 parents, 4 grandparents, 8 great-grandparents, 16 in the fourth, 32 in the fifth, 64 in the sixth, and 128 in the seventh generation of ancestral positions. In just 7 generations, they amount to 254; in 10 generations – 2,046; in 15 – as many as 65,534. In further generations, lineage lines overlap, so these are not necessarily that many distinct individuals, but these numbers help to grasp the scale: behind one person stands a colossal ancestral structure.

It is no coincidence that we visualize our kin as a tree. We do not see the tree's roots, but it is they that hold and nourish it. Likewise, we may not know the names, lives, talents, or stories of hundreds of our ancestors, but without previous generations, we would not be here today.

The fact that we no longer see our roots does not mean they do not exist.

Over the centuries, the living connection with our kin has weakened or broken in many families. Religious and cultural traditions have changed, and there have been wars, occupations, exiles, migration, family separations, loss of homes, documents, customs, and stories passed down from generation to generation. One generation still knew their ancestors' names and stories, the next remembered only fragments, and today many of us only know our family history up to our grandparents or great-grandparents.

However, that is not where our family tree ends. That is only where our knowledge of it ends.

The lineage continues within us. We inherit genetic information, and in families, patterns of relationships, love, security, money, work, family, and life are passed down from generation to generation. Science explores the intergenerational effects of traumatic experiences and certain epigenetic mechanisms. In ancient spiritual traditions, ancestral heritage was discussed in a different language – through ancestral memory, the power of ancestors, destiny, and roots. In spiritual traditions, we also encounter the concept of an ancestral field or a collective field of ancestors. It is not the same as what science studies, but all of this reminds us of one very important thing:

a person does not begin with oneself.

And this is where the most important part of this work opens up for me. We talk a lot about what needs to be cleansed from our lineage – negative programs, repetitive patterns, fears, difficult stories. However, our lineage contains more than just what we want to end.

Our lineage holds a massive RESOURCE.

If so many lives stand behind us, there exists the strength to survive, creativity, intuition, the ability to heal, to know plants, to build a family, to love, to work, to create prosperity, to start anew, and to stand back up after the greatest losses.

Someone in our lineage was a creator. Someone healed. Someone knew plants. Someone built a business and prosperity. Someone had special intuition. Someone held the whole family together with their own hands and willpower during the hardest of times.

We may no longer know their names, but that does not mean the trace of their lives has vanished.

Therefore, it is important for me to ask not only:

“What negative ancestral programs do I want to end?”

But also:

“What strength stands behind me? What good have I received from my ancestors? Which of their talents, abilities, and strengths can continue through me?”

For several years, I have been delving into the family tree, collecting knowledge, exploring ancient traditions, rituals, and practices, and looking for ways to restore what we have lost over time. And perhaps it is no coincidence that this topic drives me so strongly – I was born under the sign of Cancer, which in the astrological tradition is associated with family, home, roots, kin, and ancestral memory.

Now I strongly feel that the time has come not only to live by this knowledge myself but also to share it with others.

Therefore, I am sharing the recording of the ANCESTRAL TREE POWER ACTIVATION program, in which I have combined foundational knowledge and practices: cleansing family programs, restoring connection, meditative reconnection, honoring and feeding ancestors, and receiving ancestral resources.

This is work not only with what we want to leave in the past but also with the valuable things we want to take from our lineage into our lives and pass on further.

🌳 In the program recording: theoretical part • cleansing family programs • ritual • meditation • reconnection • honoring and feeding ancestors • receiving ancestral resources.

ROOTS. SUPPORT. CONNECTION. RESOURCE. CONTINUITY.

A family tree is not something left in the past. Its roots are behind us, we are its present, and through us, it grows into the future.

We cannot change our ancestors' lives, but we can more consciously choose what we will carry forward from this vast tree.

We are not the end of the family tree. We are the place where the ancestors' past meets the future of the generations to come.

Sometimes, in order to clearly know where we are going, we must first remember where we came from and what a powerful ancestral structure stands behind us. 🌳
